Return Policy Overview

Standard Returns

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a European consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. This cooling-off period is required by EU consumer protection laws. We extend this period to 30 days as a courtesy to our customers.

Withdrawal Period

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to support@allurewhite.com. You may use our contact form or send an email including your order number and the items you wish to return.

Return Timeframe

After informing us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the items to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Refund Timeframe

We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return Shipping Costs

You will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the items are defective or incorrect.

Refund Method

We will issue the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene and health protection reasons, you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal for the following items once they have been unsealed:

  • Whitening gels
  • Whitening strips
  • Toothpastes
  • Any oral care products

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Include photos if possible
  3. We will arrange return shipping at our expense
  4. Once verified, we will process a full refund including original shipping costs

Your Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable national and EU legislation.
